Feelings Beyond the Bet

At a truth‐or‐dare party, Lark learns her ex‐boyfriend Rhys dated her for a bet. He disavows all his drunken confessions, deletes her contact publicly, and returns to his childhood friend Mae. Transfer student Nikolai, who once helped Lark on a bus, becomes her deskmate. Lark keeps her distance at first because he is Rhys’s friend. After misunderstandings clear, they grow close.
