In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, Voss is framed by her uncle and driven out of her family home. To survive, she enters a tactical fake marriage with Kane, a ruthless, unhinged faction leader. Unexpectedly, Voss contracts the zombie virus; she loses her heartbeat and body temperature, yet gains the power to command hordes of the undead, awakening as the Zombie Queen. Meanwhile, the villain Sloane plots to dissect her, hoping to seize control of the zombie virus and enslave all humanity. Trapped in a life-or-death predicament, Voss stops holding back her powers and crushes the villain completely.
